RETURNS POLICY

To reduce the chances of having to return an item, please be sure to read the product description, and any additional information provided, including disclaimers, before ordering.

If ordering a Sports Valve, you will need to enter an internal fork measurement within one decimal place. It is also necessary to inform us of the make and model of your motorcycle.

Sports Motorcyles Ducati are happy to refund items that are returned to us in an unused condition with no damage, and with original packaging. If you are returning an item, please be aware that, unless we have sent you an item in error, you are liable to pay for the return shipping. You will receive a refund minus a restocking charge of 15%.

We are not responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages and we suggest that you insure the returned package(s) through the carrier. Goods must be returned unused and with their original packaging. Please note that the purchaser has a duty of care whilst the goods are in their possession and they should be thoughtfully packaged for the return shipment. All returns should have a covering note with the invoice number clearly marked. We cannot process refunds on damaged items which will be returned to the customer.

Parts that have been installed (or damaged while attempting to install) and/or used in any manner will not be accepted for return. Please note that when fitting electrical parts these can be damaged by the same faulty electrical system that caused the initial failure and in such circumstances these parts cannot be returned for refund.

SHIPPING

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

PLEASE NOTE: Our charges outside New Zealand do not include any additional import or custom duties, or taxes that may be imposed in the destination country.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All products supplied by Sports Motorcycles Ducati are manufactured to a very high standard. All our products, including the Sports Valve, are designed for track use only. As such, they are sold without any warranty or guarantee given or implied. 

It is a condition of our Company that any customer purchasing goods or services whatsoever from Sports Motorcycles Ducati releases the manufacturer of those parts – including Sports Motorcycles Ducati - from all liabilities relating to the usage and performance of those parts. 

Strictly no returns or refunds on parts or services after 30 days from the date of purchase. Any returns must be unused, as new, and with original packaging, and return shipping must be paid for by the customer. A restocking charge may apply. Where requested, please ensure you have supplied the correct details to reduce error. 

All goods supplied will remain the property of Sports Motorcycles Ducati until paid for in full. 

All major credit/debit cards are accepted but please note that there is a 3% charge on any credit card transaction. 

If paying by bank transfer, all bank charges must be covered by the customer. Our bank details are available on request.
