DUCATI PARTS - Terms and Conditions

Sports Motorcycles Ducati are a supplier of Ducati parts. These are not copies, but genuine Ducati-sourced items.

When making a price enquiry, or when placing an order, please refer to the Ducati Catalogue for the catalogue number. Our pricing will be provided with reference to the number, so it is essential that the number is correct in order for us to supply the correct part. We cannot be held responsible for items supplied due to incorrect catalogue numbers.

As yet, we do not have a minimum order quantity or amount, but we reserve the right to impose these in the future, if necessary.

When ordering, our form asks for a VIN Chassis Number. Ducati Motorcycles VIN Chassis Numbers are usually located on the right hand side of the head stem. It may be necessary to turn the handlebars all the way to the left in order to get a clear and unobstructed view of the VIN on a Ducati. While it is not essential to provide us with a VIN number, it can be helpful to ensure you receive the correct part for your particular bike.

When submitting an Enquiry Form, please be aware that the prices we quote you will not include or Shipping or Taxes. This will only be calculated when an Order Form is submitted. You will then receive an invoice with all charges included.

Payment of all invoices must be cleared before the order is finalised.

Sports Motorcyles Ducati are happy to refund items that are returned to us in an unused condition with no damage, and with original packaging. If you are returning an item, please be aware that, unless we have sent you an item in error, you are liable to pay for the return shipping. You will receive a refund minus a restocking charge of 50%.

We are not responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages and we suggest that you insure the returned package(s) through the carrier. Goods must be returned unused and with their original packaging. Please note that the purchaser has a duty of care whilst the goods are in their possession and they should be thoughtfully packaged for the return shipment. All returns should have a covering note with the invoice number clearly marked. We cannot process refunds on damaged items which will be returned to the customer.

Parts that have been installed (or damaged while attempting to install) and/or used in any manner will not be accepted for return. Please note that when fitting electrical parts these can be damaged by the same faulty electrical system that caused the initial failure and in such circumstances these parts cannot be returned for refund.

While every effort is made to supply your items as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee that the shipping service will comply. We aim for a 14 day delivery, but please leave 21 days before contacting us to report late delivery.
